COMMACK HIGH SCHOOL

The Huntington Town Council saluted CHS' state-champion boys and girls soccer teams during its meeting on Tuesday.

Councilwoman Theresa Mari and councilman Dr. Dave Bennardo noted that CHS became the first Suffolk County high school ever to win the boys and girls New York State soccer titles in the same postseason.

They also saluted how the student-athletes are models in the community for their conduct as well as their on-field achievements.
